Groups of twins, triplets and quads dashed about Heritage Park as part of the 15th annual “Miracle Babies” Halloween Party sponsored last Sunday by Coastal Fertility Medical Center.
The children, born with the help of reproductive endocrinology, were encouraged to wear costumes to add to a festive flair to the celebration.
